El Manantial

Single Estate

Grown by The Guerrero Family
El Manantial

The Guerreros made this superb producer blend of organic Typica and Pache resulting in well-balanced body and acidity. Notes of dried fruits and sweet almond hit the nose among a strong toffee aroma that grows more distinct as the coffee cools. The name, "El Manantial," comes from the creek that parts Guerrero’s farm into two sections. We like to think this has something to do with dual nature of flavors to be found in this refreshingly clean cup.
